Day 1 Yangon Arrival

Begin your first Myanmar sightseeing visit to Shwedagon Pagoda – the most prominent monument in Yangon, which dominates the sky with golden flash, giant spires and holy relics. Get a taste of the city by walking from Sule Pagoda to China Town, covering the exotic streets of Yangon and British Colonial buildings such as Emmanuel Church and Inland Water Buildings. Your highlight for this evening is dinner in Karaweik Palace, overlooking to the Royal Lake and Shwedagon Tower. The dinner consists of fine Burmese food and amazing cultural show. Day 2 Yangon - Heho – Inle Lake
Have breakfast in the hotel. Leave Yangon for Heho where our driver awaits to transfer you to Inle Lake. Relax on the boat ride to your resort. Inle Lake, the second largest lake in Myanmar, located 900 meters above sea level and is home to the Intha people; who are known for their one leg rowing technique.
In the afternoon, board a motorboat for a sightseeing tour to Phaungdawoo Pagoda, famed for its richly gilded five small Buddha images and is also believed the holiest in Inle Lake. Our next visit is Ngaphechaung Monastery, known as “jumping cat” pagoda. As you travel closer towards Nam Pan village, cotton and lotus weaving factories and cigar making houses will impress you with a sense of traditional Intha life. Overnight in Inle Lake.
Day 3 Inle Lake – Indein – Mandalay
This morning, you will visit the 5-Day Market, which is held in different villages surrounding the lake. This is definitely a fascinating place to enjoy the scene of local tribes in their colorful clothes and the exotic market atmosphere. After lunch, the boat will take you to the beautiful temple of Indein located on the hill overlooking the lake. It will be definitely relaxing to walk along the corridor and enjoy the giant columns, which have been left to nature for centuries.Travel to Mandalay. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day 4 Mandalay – Mingun – Mandalay Hill
Known as the hub of Buddhism in Myanmar, Mandalay is a realm of stupas, monks and monasteries. The most fascinating visit will be at the monasteries witnessing the monks during their prayer and meal times. Drive to Mandalay pier and embark on a private boat to visit Mingun, famed for its huge and incomplete Pahtodawgyi Pagoda and Mingun Bell, the 90 ton ringing bell.
In the afternoon, visit Mandalay Palace, Shwenandaw Monastery - noted for its exquisite wood carvings, gold leaf beating workshop, Kuthodaw Pagoda - known to contain the world’s largest book, then finish the tour by visiting Mandalay Hill to watch the sunset over panoramic view of the city. Overnight in Mandalay.
Day 5 Mandalay – Sagaing – Amarapura – Bagan
Leave the city for Sagaing Hill where you will learn about the schooling of monks, visit Budda Cave, Uminthonze Pagoda, Sunooponnyashin Pagoda and finally take in the panoramic view of Mandalay. Our next stop is Amarapura, famous for Mahagandaryone Monastery and the best place to experience the daily lives of the monks in Mandalay. Walk over Ubein Wooden Bridge, the longest teakwood of its type to Mahamuni Image - a bronze Buddha image castled during the lifetime of Buddha himself. Overnight in Bagan.
Day 6 Bagan Discovery
Begin your experience in Bagan with a visit to Shwezigone Pagoda, which is believed to enshrine a bone and tooth of Gautama Buddha, later visit Ananda, Sulamani Temple. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Bagan Archaeological Museum and learn the traditional way that local people make their famous lacquer wares.
Finishing the day by relaxing on a beautiful sunset cruise on the Ayeyarwaddy River. Overnight in Bagan.
Day 7 Bagan Sighseeing – Yangon
After breakfast, start your sightseeing day with a visit to Minkaba Gubyaukyi Temple; take note of the architectural difference between MyaZedi Pagoda and Manuha Temple. This afternoon, enjoy an exotic horse cart ride to one of the biggest temples in Bagan: Nan Paya Pagoda and many other interesting sites nearby. Travel to Yangon. Overnight in Yangon.
Day 8 Yangon Departure
After breakfast, you are free until your departure time. Our driver will transfer you to Yangon International Airport for your flight home. End of services !
