Welcome to Hanoi - Vietnam’s capital. Today, we will pick you up at Noi Bai International airport and transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (city center) for check-in (check-in time at 2:00 PM). 

Take time to relax at your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner offered by Cyclo Travel and Leisure!

The Old Quarter in Hanoi is an intriguing neighborhood, home to a mix of Vietnamese architecture, green spaces, ancient shops and fresh-as-it-gets street food. The 36 guild streets of the Old Quarter were named for 36 trades or craft that set up in this area, and created high-quality goods to supply the royals in the Thang Long Citadel, just steps away. Today only a few streets sell the same products they once did. Some streets, however, have kept the traditions of the past; and these can be great fun to explore on foot or on a cyclo, and with your camera in hand.

Our local guide and driver will pick you up at 8:00 AM at your hotel. 

In the first part, explore the real Hanoi beyond the usual tourist sites, travelling through local backstreets, narrow alleyways, residential areas, schools and local markets to get a closer look at how local people live, work and spend their daily lives.

At 08:00 AM, check out from your hotel and go ahead to Ha Long Bay. At 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM, arrive at Tuan Chau International Cruise Port, enjoy a welcome drink and complete the check-in procedure. 

At 12:30 PM, board the Alisa Premier Cruise, receive a refreshing drink and cold towel, check in to your cabin and enjoy lunch while cruising through the stunning scenery of Ha Long Bay.

In the afternoon, explore Surprising Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay, then continue to Titop Island for swimming, climbing to the island’s viewpoint and enjoying a panoramic view of the bay.

At 06:45 AM - 07:30 AM, enjoy breakfast on board while the cruise heads towards the Natural Preservation Area. Then, kayak to explore Luon Cave, with a chance to spot playful monkeys around the cliffs. 

At 09:30 AM, check out and leave your luggage outside your cabin for our staff to transfer to the waiting area. At 10:00 AM, enjoy an early brunch while the cruise returns to the mainland and settle any personal bills.

Today, after having breakfast, your tour guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel at 7:30 AM for the tour. It takes a 2-hour drive to Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, Ninh Binh. You will spend about 50 minutes visiting 02 King Temples in Hoa Lu that are dedicated to Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang of the Dinh Dynasty (968-80), and Emperor Le Dai Hanh of the Le Dynasty (980-1009). The ancient Hoa Lu Citadel (most of which has since been ruined) once covered an area of three square kilometers. The guide will explain more about the Kings' history.

Then, drive to Mua cave. Coming here, you will be leisurely hiking with 486 stone stair-steps to the top of Ngoa Long Mountain. From the peak, you will admire the majestic panoramic views of Tam Coc.

Have lunch at a local restaurant. Then board your sampan boat for the trip along the river. For ninety minutes your oarswoman/ man will take you down the Ngo Dong River. Pass through the three caves that made Vietnam famous in the French film 'Indochine', Hang Ca, Hang Giua and Hang Cuoi. This should be the highlight of the trip.

Welcome to Hue, the old imperial capital of Vietnam and the center of governance of the last dynasty, the Nguyen Dynasty.

At about 7:30 - 8:00 AM, we will start our tour with a visit to the UNESCO listed Imperial Citadel.  Reigning with the consent of the French, the Nguyens ruled as figurehead monarchs at the Hue Citadel until 1945, when Bao Dai turned over the reins of government to Ho Chi Minh. The Citadel covers a vast area with many interesting buildings. Surrounded by a moat and thick stone walls, it encompasses the Imperial City, with palaces and shrines; the Forbidden Purple City (Tử cấm thành), once the emperor’s home; and a replica of the Royal Theatre. Although it received damage during the Vietnam War it is still an amazing site.  

We will continue on to visit two very different tombs of the emperors.  Emperor Khai Dinh’s tomb is fascinating in that it reflects the flamboyance of this emperor.  It took the longest to build and is the most expensive being heavily influenced by French Architecture and decor.  However no other Royal Tomb in Hue can compare to Tu Duc’s in the department of size and luxuriousness. The tomb’s architecture was designed to work in harmony with the carefully-manicured landscape.

At 4:30 PM, the tour ends.

Upon arrival in Da Nang, transfer to your hotel for check-in and take some time to relax after the journey. The afternoon is free at your leisure.

Our first amazing views will start right away, to reach Ba Na Hills we will take a ride via Cable Cars. The most modern Cable Car in Southeast Asia, visit the Dream Stream Cable Car Station and see the panoramic views of Quang Nam - Danang City from high above.

After finishing the first cable car, you will visit the Golden Bridge that has recently gone viral, a France wine cellar, Le Jardin D’amour(consists of 9 gardens) and Linh Ung pagoda.

Continue the 2nd Cable Car to visit the French Village Campanile, Nine Floor Goddess Shrine, Tombstone Temple, Linh Phong Monastery, Linh Chua temple & Tru Vu Tea Shop. Watch Carnival Performance Show, Square Du Dome ...Challenge the most popular adventure ride - Alpine Coaster.

Today, at 8:00 AM, meet your tour guide for a biking day tour to explore the rural area of Hoi An, See Hoi An as the locals do. Relax as we bring you through the breathtaking countryside and waterways while stopping to see families & their crafts.

Biking into the rice paddy rich countryside and local villages, stopping to meet a local family producing local rice crackers. Crossing a bridge over the Thu Bon River takes us through more quiet villages and then into beautiful farmlands, where we take a break for a local specialty dish while surrounded by seasonal vegetables in the picturesque fields of corn, eggplants, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, and herbs in Tra Que village. At 8:00 - 8:30 AM, your driver and English-speaking tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Begin the day by visiting some of the city's most iconic landmarks, including Notre Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, the War Remnants Museum, and the Hidden Weapon Bunker, where you'll gain a deeper understanding of Vietnam's history and the Vietnam War.

At 12:00 PM, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before departing for the Ben Duoc Cu Chi Tunnels.

At 1:30 PM, stop at a local handicraft workshop before watching a short documentary introducing the history of the Cu Chi battlefield. Continue exploring the underground tunnel system, including living quarters, kitchens, storage rooms, field hospitals, command centers, and weapon workshops. Experience crawling through a section of the tunnels, then enjoy traditional pandan tea and tapioca, simple foods once eaten by Vietnamese soldiers. Upon arrival, visit a traditional brick factory to learn how local people use river clay to make bricks. Continue by local boat along the Mekong River, enjoying the peaceful riverside scenery, coconut plantations, fresh tropical fruits and coconut juice.

Continue exploring the countryside by bicycle or tuk-tuk, passing through coconut groves and quiet village paths, and visit a local family workshop to see how traditional sleeping mats are made. At around 12:00 PM, enjoy a Southern Vietnamese lunch at a riverside family home, with vegetarian and vegan options available upon request.

In the afternoon, experience one of the highlights of the Mekong Delta: a peaceful rowing boat ride through narrow coconut-lined canals. Gently paddled by local residents, this serene journey offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the natural beauty and tranquility of the region.
